RETURNS
Oour main guarantee is the total satisfaction of our clients. Therefore, if the product does not cope with your expectancies or there has been an error, you have 5 days to return it. Under these circumstances, venair will reimburse the total amount of the purchase except the shipping costs. I
Attention. Returns will not be accepted once the product is in transit. If the product is cancelled, Venair will charge 10% of the total cost.
If the product does not arrive in perfect condition or it is has been an error, the client has the right to ask for a reimbursement of the total amount including the shipping costs or we send the product again completely free once the product has been received in our plant and the problem has been checked. If the product has been damaged during the shipment, the client should contact venair in the following 48 hours after its arrival. Under these circumstances, Venair will contact the shipping company to substitute the damaged product for a new one with no additional cost.

- Name and e-mail adress used during the purchase.
- Number and date of the pruchase.
- Purchased products, including price.
- Reasons for return
